3d rotational extrusion with a specific axis

I'm trying to create a waterdrop shaped object to use in Adobe Dimension, but I can't find any options to specify the axis of rotation. I've played around with the "extrusion depth" option, but it either creates a small hole through the drop or a small overlap, both of which are visible in the final render as a line. Is there a way to rotate the path perfectly around the "center" line?

Thank you!

Long and short: No. If you want perfect, clean geometry you have to move on to a genuine 3D program. I'm wondering, though... Didn't Dimension add shape primitives and some basic deformations in the latest release? Perhaps what you are looking for is already there, so double-check.
