I have a new 32" Dell 4K monitor. For these monitors you have to use the defualt resolution otherwise there are significant perforamance issues, which means I can not use system setting display to scale down the resolution.
My question is how can I increase the size of the UI? (and no, 'UI font size' does not work so that is not a solution). Many popular programs, like Blender have these options, I would really love to see this with photoshop.
