About new version 22.3

Hello. Since 10 days, I download the version 22.3. When I charge an image, it tells me "that's an error and it don't find the programm". So, I desinstall the version and work on the version 22.2. I did it again twice this week, but it's the same problem.

I found an answer about Microsoft security path KB5000802, but I don't have it.

It is not very normal, and so, I hope a solution very quickly.
