Acccount issues

Hello, so I am in a school that provides the Adobe programs for free, but because when made my account, I clicked the "personal account" instead of the "company or school account", I can not download the software for free. So does anyone know how to change my account in the way I mentioned? or how to delete my current account to make new one?

I am doing this in Windows by the way.

You'll need to contact your IT department to assist you.

You can also try contacting Adobe Customer care to see if they can remove your personal account.
