Access Code 4 Photoshop

I'm trying to open up photoshop on my laptop but it asks me to verify my identity.  They say they send a code to my email but email code is never sent! 

I've tried:

- Resending code 

- Junk Mail folder

Make sure your adobe account has the correct email. Also sometimes some email services don't deliver those codes. My wife was having that problem with a credit card. She had to get a different email, like gmail.
