access not granted to save a file

I have just updated to the Mac BigSur and then also the new photoshop update. It wont now let me save jpegs as it is saying access is not granted. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

It's an Apple issue, starting with Catalina. It's easiest to grant permission for applications that you trust when the dialog first comes up.

I am having the same issue.  Its a Photoshop issue. I've saved files from other applications (inlcluding Light Room) today.
