The instructions for enabling Middle Eastern features are outdated. how can i enable them in photoshop 2021? The Middle East functions are now locked.

Did you download the Middle Eastern version of Photoshop, I mean from the Adobe CC desktop application, did you choose the version that is named (English يدعم العربية) ? If you can clarify further in your email as what you're experiencing.
