Yes.

You can use the panel menu in the Actions panels to save action sets as an .atn file or to load them. The .atn files are simply files that can be copied from one computer to another.

You can save Action set you create or edit from the Action Palette's Fly-our menu item Save Action. The set will saved as an .atn file. If you hold the CTRL+ALT and click on Save Action you can save all the loaded Action set into a Single Text file so you can read all your actions steps as text
