Actions have disappeared in Photoshop 2020

Hallo, I have made in Photoshop CC few "actions" which I need now. But my computer was reinstalled and now I can't find any action in there, even I had saved complete computer disc before reinstallation. Do you know how to reload (restore) the actions ? Can you help me, where in Photoshop CC to find them again ? Kind regards Marek

Sadly this question is repeated on an all too regular basis. 

Perhaps you can extract the Actions Palette.psp file from the backup:
