Adding comments to Ps express photos

How do you add comments to your photos in PS Expess? I see some posts with comments with the photos and I can't figure how to do it

Hi @tims16457381 

1. Choose the Type tool "T" at the bottom
2. Click Styles on the left, then chose a substyle. It will fill will dummy text.
3. Use the four circled widgets. Start with the one in the upper left to edit the text, then click Done.
4. Use the bottom widgets to rotate and scale
5. The X in the upper right will cancel and delete the text
6. Use the slider at the bottom for opacity
7. Drag with your finger to move the text

This cartoon, btw, was from December 2919, not this year.
