Adobe CC apps do not launch

I've had the issue of non launching PS / AI / AE intermediately for years now.

Deleteing the user preferences has always worked as a patch.

But now I have to do it everytime before launching any adobe software.

What is going on adobe?

Maybe try calling Tech Support so you can share your screen and work out the issues?

1 (800) 833-6687 not always QUICK... but they will stick with you or research it until it is resolved.

I am not having any of these issues you mention. So maybe you have some old files that need to be deleted, or the computer is old? Not sure... but I use all of those applications and more, and they all open fine. I have some other issues like when I open a Rush file in Premiere it keeps crashing! HA... But they open. 

Hope you can get it resolved.

Super lame a moderator or anyone with actual knowlede representing adobe has nothing to say on this.
