Adobe Creative Cloud öffnet sich nach zwei Monaten nicht mehr

Liebes Forum,

seit heute öffnet sich die Creative Cloud nicht mehr - ebenso wie Photoshop. Der Ladevorgang läuft auf Fehler und mir wird empfohlen, den Deinstaller zu verwenden und zu reparieren. Der Reparaturversuch läuft aber ebenfalls auf Fehler. Bleibt eine Neuinstallation. Hier wird mir allerdings nur wieder eine Testversion angeboten, für die ich dann nach 7 Tagen neu zahlen soll.

Sorry, der Prozess ist nicht rund, mal abgesehen von der Frage, warum das Programm schon nach zwei Monaten solche Probleme hat.

Hat jemand eine weitere Idee oder gar ähnliche Erfahrungen? Habe Windows im Einsatz.

Do you have tried a complete and clean installation? If no please follow the steps below:

• backup all personal data, like templates, presets etc.
• uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
• then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
• clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
• restart your computer (don't skip this)
• reinstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/download-creative-cloud-apps.html
• use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
• restore your personal data.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
