Adobe cursor bugs (Photoshop 2020 MAC OS CATALINA)

Anyone have this infuriating bug where the zoom cursor icon will not show up? 

For example when I am in quick mask or eraser and I press Z for zoom tool it will just stick to the eraser cursor or quick mask and not have the magnifying glass cursor.

The only solution is sometimes to click a mouse or randomly mash some buttons till it registers to zoom again.

That shouldn't be happening. Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're working with?

Also, please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and see if that helps. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings
