Hello,

starting on ps 22.3.1 the nvidia gt 730M is not seen as a valid GPU unit, although it is recognised by the sniffer.

This is a windows X laptop with geforce  GT 730M on motherboard and updated drivers. It used to be fully functionals but the last ps updated changed its mind.

------------------------------------

From the PS system info log (in Italian but easily readable):

please note the

"Chiusura inaspettata di modulo rilevamento GPU in data 18/04/2021 alle 21:14:05" *****

does it mean that the sniffer stopped working ?

There is an issue with the latest version that breaks PS-GPU drivers. Downgrade to 22.2 and it should be fine again.

Hi mateusz, thanks for your suggestion.

Downgrading ps to 22.2 turned the GPU on again.

All the best,

Hi Daniele, the GPU problem has been resolved in the latest (22.4) version of PS (at least for me) so go on and check if it's good for you too now!

You have dusl GPUs, an Nvidia GT730M and an Intel 4600 which is a known cause of issues as the drivers can conflict .
