Adobe Photoshop Album

I purchased a new computer and of course my very old Adobe Photoshop Album did not move over.  Now how do I find all those wonderful folders (Cats, Family, Garden, Alaska, etc., I made up on my new computer?  I was told that the folders are on the new computer - somewhere - but I can't find them.   Does anyone have any suggestion(s) on where to go to find them and can they be imported into Lightroom?
