adobe photoshop cc crashes when initializing menu

Photoshop CC ver 22.1 keeps crashing when it tries to open. It gets to "initializing menu..." and then crashes.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the photoshop app several times. Then did the same and "removed" preferences. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Creative Cloud Desktop, after I did a Adobe Cleanup of  photoshop and the desktop app itself. I've restarted the computer.

But, I always arrive at the same error.

One twist, I am working from home on the office pc that I took home. So not on the server and there were some "menu" items I guess saved to the server. Maybe it's trying to reach those and can't. But, I don't know what to do.

Any thoughts?
