I edited a photo in lightroom and I want to edit on Photoshop and I exported but the resolution  is so bad and I want to write something on the picture, when I press on the "T" and I go to put the text the Photoshop get freeze and i could not close the window and I need to restart my Laptop. I thinks the problem is the new update.

Bad resolution  and freeze.

If someone can tell me what can I do I will be happy.

If your computer freezes that is not Photoshop’s doing, but it might hint at problems in other compontents.

To check if it might be related to the GPU driver try turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop – does this have any bearing on the issue?

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

How about font-related trouble-shooting?

Hi, I tried what you said and the same problem.
I don’t know why.
The problem I don’t think is the laptop because can I navigate it but photoshop is freeze, I can’t press the (X) on the right up. Photoshop doesn’t respond. The laptop work fine when the Photoshop is blocked.
