Adobe Photoshop v 22.3.1 crashes on launch on MacBook Air M1

Hi there!

When I launch the latest version of Adobe Photoshop on my MacBook Air M1 it just goes into the endless beachball mode and the app becomes unresponsive. If I click the checkbox "Open using Rosetta" it works fine. Any known issues relating to Apple's M1 chip in the latest version?

Hey Simmer!

I felt lucky and unchecked the box next to "Open using Rosetta" and Photoshop now runs fine in native M1 code. Not exactly sure why but I guess I'll take it.

I haven't tried any of the suggestions in the link you gave but I will save it for future troubleshooting, so thanks for that.

Cheers.
