After the installation I cannot see the icons of some of the features in Photoshop

Hello to all photoshop forum members,
I have a problem with Photoshop CC 2021 v22.4, I installed the programme using Adobe Creative Cloud.
After the installation I cannot see the icons of some of the features in Photoshop (Pocture 1+2).

Will appreciate any hekp on the subject.
I am using windows 10 pro 64-bit.

Same with me, had terrible issues since the update yesterday. 

Still greyed out icons, just so frustrating now.

I understand the problem is in the 22.4.0 update
