Ever since the update it is significantly more difficult to select different created items and layers when working on a project. Misselections and overall annoying when trying to move from item to item, and select to move, etc.

Anyone having this issue as well?

Check in your options bar for the Move tool. If Auto-Select is on, then uncheck it. Let us know if this is the issue or if it's something else.

The auto-select seems to be more sensitive than it has been. Have you received the same with the update?

Like too sensitive.

Selecting the wrong items and more than one items.

I've never had an issue with auto-select until now. I really like the auto-select feature up until the update.

Hi @Dominic0D4C

Auto-Select works the same for me, but it depends on how many layers you have.

You might try the older methods, both of which still work when Auto-Select is off:

  • Cmd+Click an object to select the layer (Ctrl+Click on Windows)
  • Right-Click an object to get a shortcut menu listing all the layers underneath that spot where you clicked, then select the layer from the menu

No, I haven't heard of this (yet), but others most likely will chime in if they are also having the issue.
