After updating Photoshop Plug-in is not working

We have the Orange Box Watercolor FX plug-in that we purchased.  Since updating Photoshop to 22.1 the plug in is not completing the watercolor process.   It does create several layers that stops showing a Not Symbol. 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  If so, has anyone found a fix?

If it worked Okay before the update, you could roll back Photoshop one version (via the Creative Cloud Desktop App). Have you contacted The Orange Box about it?

Yes. I have ticket number but have not heard anything yet.

How do I perform a roll back to the previous version?
