After updating to 22.3.1 my alt key sticks frequently

I'm on a Macbook Pro, Mac OS Big Sur version 11.3 using a Wacom intuos tablet. 

I tried rolling back to the previous version of PS I was using, but the alt key still sticks. The "sticky keys" option on my mac is not activated. 

It's extremely frusterating because I change back and forth to the eye dropper and paint brush tool constantly. I'm assuming what ever the update did, it changed something with my Wacom tablet and I don't know how to get it back to normal.

I'd like to add: after I updated to PS 22.3.1 I was still on Mac OS Catalina. I updated to Big Sur hoping that would fix it and it did not.
