After upgrade to 22.0.1, color picker wheel is gone

Doesn't matter what my settings are, when I use the color picker the wheel is gone, and there's no indication of what color I'm picking. I believe this is a new problem after the update.

Running macOS 10.15.7 on a 16" Macbook Pro.
