¿ALGUIEN MAS TIENE BLOQUEADO PHOTOSHOP CON UN INFORME DE BLOQUEO?

Cuando intento iniciar photoshop me aparece una ventana emergente diciendo que es un INFORME DE BLOQUEO DE "ADOBE PHOTOSHOP". y no entiendo por que llevo todo el fin de semana así y adobe tiene su atención al cliente deshabilitada y no hay nada que arregle el error. llevo ya 4 días asi.

ESTO ES INAGUANTABLE Y NO PUEDO TRABAJAR !
