all brushes take the last tool preset's properties I use

all my brushes have lost their original opacity, flow and mode sittings, they all take those properties from the last brush I use from the tool presets

I've reset the brushes and the tool presets to the original ones, restarted photoshop then restarted my computer and nothing still the same problem even if i don't use the tool preset all the brushes will still use the properties of the first brush i select

@nouhas25109542 I am having the same problem when transitioning from one Tool Preset to another using Actions. I tried adding "Deselecting current path" (Esc) in my Action to no avail among other things. Did you find a solution to this?
