All photographs appear total white

When I open a raw image or any image it is totally white and I can not see the image at all.  I see the image in ACR and in Lightroom but not in photoshop.  What is going on?  Any help is appreciated.

If possible, please post a screen capture and OS information.

Please make sure that all your applications are up to date.
