All Shapes are missing when Hovering over the line tool

Please see the attached screenshots. You will see there are no other shapes available when hovering over the line tool like there used to be.  I tried all the recommendations for missing shapes. I restored the Defaults for Essentials Work Space. I restored the Defaults for the ToolBar, all missing shapes are shown under the toolbar column in the Edit toolbar area and there are no shapes under Extra Tools, I also made sure the "Current Tool Only" option is unchecked.
