Almost nothing using layers works in Photoshop 22.3 take it down.

Photoshop 22.3 is virtually unuseable for anyone using layers and plugins.  I cannot get anything to work.  I cannot believe adobe's quality has stooped so low that they would let this through.

Until the 22.3 bugs are fixed, you can revert to 22.2 using the Creative Cloud app.
