The problem with a statement like "The Frequency Separation action" is that we cannot see what steps are in your action and how they are being applied.
Try this manually - you can always build an action from it.
1. Make two new duplicate copies of your image layer
2. Name the lower duplicate "Low Frequency"
3. Name the upper duplicate "High Frequency"
4. Select the lower (Low Frequency) layer and use Filter Gaussian Blur (around 6.0 normally works well)
5. Select the upper layer (High Frequency)
6. Go to Image > Apply Image
Set Source layer as "Low Frequency"
Set Blending to Subtract *
Set Scale to 2 *
Set Offset to 128 *
Click OK
7. In the layers panel, set the Blend mode of the High Frequency layer to Linear Light
Clone out blemishes on teh High Frequency Layer (ensure clone tool is set to current layer)
Lighten or Darken areas on teh low frequency layer
* The above is for 8 bit/channel images . For 16 bit in the Apply Image dialogue use blend mode Add, Scale 2 Offset 0

"Where can i see a DEMO VIDEO about your process ?"
Hi
We are volunteers on this forum, and there may not be a demo video. Try the steps in order and post here when you get to one you don't know how to follow.
An action is simply a series of steps, so if you get the steps down, you can then record them into an action.

Hi Tony, you could be very right indeed.
If the action was made as a do-it-yourself kind of project -and it's an action, not a script-, it is likely that the action requires layer names native to a specific photoshop version.
For example, in French you'll likely get "Calque 1" instead of the american "Layer 1" and "Arrière-plan" instead of "Background"
By switching your photoshop to English, or asking the photographer you bought the actions from to adjust his action so it renames layers at every step, you'll get a working solution I'm sure.
Joyeux 14! 😉

French language law makes using/ selling English only software problematic but it is always best to understand what is happening in script & actions are just simple types of script

There is no need to buy an English version of photoshop
just rename the tw10428_Photoshop_fr_FR.dat file in the locales folder of photoshop in this way
tw10428_Photoshop_fr_FR_Backup.dat
restart photoshop and you will have the photoshop version in english
if you want it back in French, you rename it like this
tw10428_Photoshop_fr_FR.dat

If one has a Creative Cloud subscription, then all the languages are included with the subscription.
Simply use the Creative Cloud Desktop Application to download additional languages and then switch the language in the photoshop Preferences>Interface>UI Language.
