An error 0xc000012F I can't fix with PShop CC2020

Hi,

I sometimes get this error message when opening CC2021....

Photoshop seems to work fine, whether or not this message appears.  Just wondering if there is some file/process I can add/run that will eliminate this message.  I've run "sfc /scannow" which did find some errors that were fixed, but after restart I have the same message when opening PShop.
