Hi,

Just this last week everytime I open anything from Photoshop within a few seconds it crashes and I get a message to say 'an error occured' with no other information.

I have tried re-installing the previous version but this has made no difference.

Thanks!

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computers operating system?

You can try disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

If it helps, you can check out: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj

It would be wonderful if you could provide information on your operating system and graphics card. Also, make sure to use the provided uninstaller when removing Photoshop so that you also delete any preferences that may be causing the issue.
