Another Photoshop CC 2017 3D issue

Hello!

I have a user at my office that has recently upgraded from Photoshop cc 2015 to 2017 only to find that the 3D features we not operational. I did my own research and found articles which resulted in no fix. I also saw a bunch of people post their system info. I didn't want to go that in depth so I'm posting their system info here hoping someone can tell me what is happening:

Hi

Your card is listed as tested ;

Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) card FAQ

However Photoshop is known to have issues with multiple GPUs . You may need to disable one to get the GPU supported features such as 3D to work correctly.
