Hello all, My son needs to create a response for his A-levels in Graphics of this typographer, Craig Ward. We just don't know where to start! Can anyone recommend any tutorials that we can watch to achieve the effect of the attached logo? Thanks in advance

I'd add the ink splat with a Photoshop brush. Make a new layer and apply the ink splatter above the type layer. By googling "Photoshop brushes ink splat" I found these free brushes:

Try and experiment with the various Photoshop filters.
