App freezing

I was using photoshop but then it froze. It's not letting me access anything on the app or even letting me close it, I've tried a few different ways but it's not working

If using a Mac I can't help you but on a pc, try Cntl-Alt-Delete then go to "program manager" select Photoshop and stop the program. Doing it this way allows you to close "only" Photoshop and not all other programs you may be running.
