Are there places to get help editing a picture and you just pay a small fee?

I'm stuck on a very important picture and could use some help. Where do i find people ready to help for a small fee in return? Thank you!

If it is technical help, or "how to achieve xx" post a section of the image here and we will try and help describe how to achieve what you want to do.

If you want someone to do the work, then it depends what you want. There are many professional retouchers and designers out there who will carry out work. You could look on Behance or search online.  As for fees - it depends what you class as small 🙂

Also, you can go to Reddit.com to a subreddit called Photoshop Request. In the search bar, type "r/photoshoprequest."  There, you can create a post showing a link to your image (post the photo on Imgur and a link to it in your Reddit post) and telling them what you need done. You'll get replies showing links to their "tip jar," which is how you pay them.
