This happens a lot and means I need to click on the program to show whats been created. This then causes text to disappear and artwork to change.

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us the version of Photoshop you are using along with your computers macOS version?

You can try disabling Legacy Compositing from Photoshop by going to the Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit and relaunch Photoshop to check if it helps.

If you are using the latest version of Photoshop, you can add your vote to the issue here: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/a-problem-on-the-latest-photoshop-21-2-blank-...

Regards,

Nikunj

I have the same issue. Legacy Compositing was not enabled on my Mac. I am running macOS 10.15.6 and PS v21.2.2 on an iMac Pro.
