I do some astrophotography and the data is massive, I can see a plan that has Photoshop / Lightroom which is what I require but I am unsure what the 20gb relates to, if that's data processed I am out of luck... Any help would be awesome and thanks.

The 20Gb is referring to cloud storage and doesn't have to be used. If you are happy storing your files locally on hard drives it isn't even a factor.
