auto selecting dynamic shape on brushes

Hi, I have a problem with some bug in photoshop, It's auto-selecting dynamic shape on brushes, and manual unselect don't work because it selects it again on its own.

At what point exactly does this happen?

At the next stroke? 

When you click the Brush in the Brushes Panel?

You seem to have »Always use pressure for size« checked.
