Batch Editing - Crop Action Crops Image but the leaves a bunch of white space

Hello,

I am trying to run a batch command where I am cropping images to a rectangle and then resizing the image.

However, something is going wrong with the crop action and it results in images like the below with a bunch of white space around the image. Its as if the photo isn't getting cropped its just putting a white recatangle background around the image in the shaep of the desired crop dimensions.

Below I have the image I want to crop and then the result of my batch action. Ive also attached my actions.

Any ideas?

I think i may have fixed the problem by reversing the actions. So first I image resize and then I crop. Seems to be working now.
