Hi, I have the same issue. Where agents can't help me. I'm referred to my bank. They can't help me either. What is the next thing I can do? My creditcard details and all of my e-mailadresses are known. There is no clue why i'm billed twice. They looked for multiple accounts or licenses. I see "ADOBE IL CREATIVE CLD ADOBE.COM IRL" and "ADOBE SFTW EUR DUBLIN IE" in the creditcard details. Does someone have any idea?Thanks in advance.

Only Customer Service can help with billing. We are volunteers and cannot see your account information — only Adobe Employees can do that.
Contact Adobe Customer Care: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human and not a bot.
Get a case number and the agent's name. Ask for a supervisor if the first person says they can't help.
Report the case number here if it is not resolved this time.
