New Here ,

Hi,

I just bought a new Mac Mini and it's running Big Sur 11.3

All my CC apps work except Photoshop which freezes during loading. I had a look here and found this is a known issue so I took the recommended steps; uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop (no change) then set up a new Admin account, logged in with that and launched PS, again no change.

So what now?
