Bilder sichbar beschriften (PHS CS-5/Bridge CS-5)

Um was geht's:
Alte bis uralte Papier-Fotos in verschiedenen Grössen. Viele noch B/W. Die scanne ich mit einem Foto-/Dia-Scanner, damit sind sie schon mal digitalisiert.
Da die Bilder einmal für unser "Nachkommen" bestimmt sind, will ich gerne das Bild benennen, so dass man weiss, um was es sich handelt.
zB 1958-Oktober-Schwester Rosi auf Hochzeitreise-1 bis x   Am liebsten hätte ich das als Anhängsel am unterm Bildrand, aber NICHT IM BILD selbst. 1 oder 2 zeilig. Gibt es da etwas vernünftiges?. Wenn es mit PHS-5 oder Bridge CS-5  nicht geht, gibt es was anders?
Es muss auch nicht gratis sein.

What's up:
Old to ancient paper photos in various sizes. Many still B/W. I scan them with a photo/slide scanner, so they are already digitalized.
Since the pictures are intended for our "descendants", I would like to name the picture, so that one knows what it is about.

e.g. 1958-October-sister Rosi on wedding trips-1 to x
I would like to have this as an appendage at the bottom of the picture, but NOT IN the picture itself. 1 or 2 lines. Is there anything reasonable? If it doesn't work with PHS-5 or Bridge CS-5, is there anything else?
It doesn't have to be free either.

Is that the actual filename or do you want to enter it manually? 

Depending on that a Script or an Action might well achieve what you want.
