So, I just got a new computer (a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Extreme Gen 3), and so far both lightroom and photoshop have been running well on it, with one exception. When I try to move an image around in the crop tool, the image moves significantly faster than the cursor, making precise movements impossible and restricting me to only adjusting the edges of the frame. A similar behavior does NOT occur when I use the move tool. What can I do to fix this? It seems like some sort of movement scaling issue, but I have no idea why it only affects the crop tool.
