Black keyline on the right and bottom

Create a new PS file 100x100 (72dpi). Why is there a keyline at the right and bottom.

Hi @Jackimanh 

That may be the normal background area that Photoshop displays. Try zooming out with Cmd - to see if the area increases (Ctrl - on Windows). If that's not it, please show another screen shot with the entire PS window and the Zoom level set to 100%.
