Hello, I just installed PS on a new laptop and any files that I open, or any layer has a black overlay over it. I tried multiple fixes from the internet but nothing seems to fix this - when you save the file, looks normal.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
