black screen when opening

I tried several times to open Photoshop, but every time there is such a black screen

Try resetting your preferences?

Hold Shift+Cmd+Alt (Win) or Shift+Ctrl+Opt+Cmd (Mac) before the splash screen appears.

It will ask if you want to reset your preferences.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean install.
