Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

And turning off Photoshop > Preferences > General > Auto Show the Home Screen?

Hi, I’ve tried these and still no luck, I’ve also tried deleting and reinstalling. I’ve tried the cmd and shift which resets the settings.

Not sure what else I can do

I tried this and it worked for me.

Rename the UXP folder to ~UXP.

  • (Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
  • (macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP
