Blending / Offset missing from Apply Image Menu

Hey the 'offset' and 'blending' are missing. 

 

Needed for the top layer of frequency seperation. 

 

See image attached of what it should look like....

For frequency separation, use Linear light on the high frequency layer - not the apply image step
