hello. I finally managed to connect to Adobe support team. The problem was
to switch account settings from public to private.
Don't ask me how it's connected, but now it all works. Thanks

I recommend logging out and back in to the Cloud app, I've had that issue once or twice but a simple re-login fixes it most of the time.

Yes, remember that the license is completely tied to your Adobe ID. When you are logged in to that account you have a license. When you are logged in as someone else, or not logged in, you do NOT - so you get a demo. Sometimes this goes wrong, but that's the basic idea.

1st, are you using Mac or PC?

Second, how old is your computer?

Thirdly, is your computer updated?  If you re using Mac... what version are you on?

Ok... giving us more info will help us.

Next question, are you using the Creative Cloud Desktop App to add and install software?

If so are you logged in?

Thank you for reporting back, Daria. I've marked your answer "Correct" so it can help others who may find it by searching.
