* Let Photoshop Use 70% RAM.
* Use Graphics Processor, checked.
* History & Cache Optimize: Huge Pixel Dimensions
I tryed these hardware below and the same issue
CPU: i5-8600 or i5-9600 or E5-1650v3
RAM: 16GB or 32GB or 48GB or 64GB
GPU: Quadro P620 or Quadro M2000 or RTX 2070s
[Issue reproduce steps:]
New a blank file, Width 25000 pixels, Heigh 7500 pixels, Resolution 72 pixels.
Use mouse to draw some lines (fast and nonstop), observe the line how close to the mouse. (default type brush)
1. Brush size: 50 pixles, good reaction.
2. clean artboard.
3. Brush size: 100 pixels, good reaction.
4. clean artboard.
5. Brush size: 500 pixels, good reaction.
6. clean reaction.
7. Brush size: 1000 pixels, a little lag.
8. clean artboard.
9. Brush size: 2000 pixels, very lag.
Check the Windows task manager when reproduce steps.
I found only one CPU core is full loading (multicore CPU view in perfomance Tab), but GPU is idle.
[Question:] Why use so big brush?
[Anser:] I am not the user, he told me big brush is useful for big range draw like weather.
Maybe CPU upgrade can get some help (Example: Intel 10th gen i9 level CPU)
, but i think it is not a good solution
Any other suggestion?

上述所列的規格都有相同的現象，硬體高可以稍微緩解，但延遲還是很重
測試步驟如下
1. 空白檔案
2. 畫布大小 25000 x 7500 像素, 解析度 72 像素
3. 測試動作，使用滑鼠游標快速畫筆刷，觀察筆刷痕跡是否跟得上游標移動速度
4. 內建一般筆刷大小 50, 順暢
5. 內建一般筆刷大小 100, 順暢
6. 內建一般筆刷大小 500, 順暢
7. 內建一般筆刷大小 1000, 感覺得出一點延遲, 還可以接受
8. 內建一般筆刷大小 2000, 明顯延遲
9. 開啟 Windows 工作管理員觀察 GPU，使用率沒有上升
10 工作管理員觀察 CPU (圖表顯示為多核心)，單一核心滿檔
Q. 一定要用到這麼大的筆刷嗎?
A. 我不是作畫者本人，其實我也問過這個問題
對方的說法是天氣風景，需要這麼大的筆刷才方便畫
從工作管理員的情況去判斷，升級 CPU 是比較有根據的方向
但是我不太樂觀，即使升級到目前最新 i9 等級 CPU 也還是有可能無法消除延遲情況
最多緩解
升級硬體以外，有可能其他軟體設定改善方式嗎?
如果不使用這麼大的筆刷，作畫的步驟或者方式可以怎麼調整呢?
